Payment Information
Once you’ve purchased the item – or you’ve won the auction (congratulations!):
1) Please pay with your debit or credit card using GunBroker’s Immediate Checkout feature;
2) Please have your dealer email us a copy of their FFL if you cannot select them in the checkout process. EMAIL: [email protected]
Once we verify payment and receive your dealer’s FFL, we will ship your item.
PAYMENT POLICY: Payment through GunBroker must be received within 5 days of purchase / auction end. We DO accept Visa, Mastercard, Discover, AmEx, and USPS Money Orders. We also accept personal checks (payable to Triple 7 Ordnance) but will hold the item until the check clears.
NON-PAYMENT POLICY: If you fail to pay for your item(s) during the allotted time, we may file a Non-Paying Bidder Report, which could ultimately result in closure of your GunBroker account. If you’re unable to pay for your purchase, you may choose to pay our seller fees to avoid further non-payment action.

Shipping Information
In most cases, we charge a flat fee of $25 for handguns and $40 for long guns to the Continental US.

* We will ship upon receipt of payment and signed legible copy of dealer’s FFL via fax, mail, or email. *
* We WILL NOT ship magazine(s) with a capacity illegal in your jurisdiction, nor will we ship said magazine(s) to an alternate location. If you buy or bid on an item with magazine(s) illegal in your area, they will not be included in the shipment. Sorry! *
IF YOU HAVE ANY QUESTIONS OR CONCERNS – OR BELIEVE THE ITEM(S) MAY HAVE BEEN DAMAGED DURING SHIPPING – PLEASE CONTACT US IMMEDIATELY AND DO NOT TAKE DELIVERY OF THE ITEM(S).
THE SALE IS FINAL ONCE YOU ACCEPT THE ITEM(S) AND LEAVE YOUR DEALER!
A NEW firearm is considered USED once it is transferred to you, EVEN if it’s unfired! If you find a firearm is defective AFTER you’ve taken it home, it must be returned to the manufacturer for repair or replacement. We DO NOT reimburse FFL transfer fees or shipping costs.
We may charge a 20% restocking fee for returns – if no reasonable cause is provided.
AGAIN, PLEASE INSPECT YOUR FIREARM AT THE DEALER AND BEFORE TAKING IT HOME. ONCE YOU TAKE IT HOME, THE SALE IS FINAL!
